Stationary Systems
Our stationary steam generators are available in three standard power levels. The steam generators are built in a modular system, allowing the customer to choose from optional accessories. Powered by the innovative steam technology FRANK steam, these systems achieve an incomparable efficiency. Besides the possibility to operate the equipment electrically, it is also possible to choose from a wide range of oil or gas-powered modules.

Our stationary steam generators are available from 36kW to 144kW. Because of the modular design of the steam generators, there are several optional accessories possible. The integrated PLC allows the steam output to be controlled individually by module. Thus, it is possible that the customer can adjust the steam volume himself. The technology makes it possible to adjust the steam quality (wet or dry steam). Upon request, our stationary steam generators can be fitted with a water softener and robot control are available. The PLC can be accessed via a bus interface allowing the customer interface access to the control data and error messages of the stationary steam generator. All of our stationary steam generators are equipped with a Panasonic PLC as standard. Optionally, we also supply Allen Bradley and Siemens.

The new
process ffollows the principle of a water heater. The water flows through the heating coil and is heated by heating wire. Before the heated
water leaves the heating coil it becomes steam and can be pumped to the steam hose. Conventional boiler technology heats up water in a pressurised vessel. The steam accumulates in the top of the boiler and is released under pressure from the top to
the steam hose.
Advantages of the new FRANK steam process:
- Easy setting for Wet- and Dry Steam
- Less heating-up time
- Higher efficiency than standard boiler technology
